The school of architecture opened in 2016 and is based on the London Road campus, a little east of Kendrick Road. This is the school’s first end of year show and is subtitled ‘In[forming] process’.
You also get a chance to see architects Broadway Malyan’s 1/1250 scale wooden model of Reading town centre, which includes part of northern Katesgrove.
You can see more about the wooden gridshell (top picture) being put up on the school of architecture’s Facebook page.
The show is open from 10am until 4pm and can be found at building LO46 on the London Road campus. It is free and no booking is necessary.
