Conversion of upper floor into three self-contained flats including a first floor side extension plus associated refurbishment of windows and internal changes. Erection of ancillary cycle and refuse stores and rebuilding of boundary wall to rear courtyard.

This is the second planning application for the building since the pub was closed over a year ago. Planning application 160176 was withdrawn in April 2016.

The building at the corner of Crown Street and Southampton Street is listed (number 1113580) and this application includes a listed building consent.
